I ordered some jars from jarstore.com, and they did show up in one piece, so I was happy about that part.

The packaging just felt a little too light for glass items. There was some padding in the box, but a few of the jars were still shifting around, and I was surprised nothing broke.

Overall, it was not a bad experience, but I do think they could pack fragile items more carefully. I would probably order again, but I hope they improve the packaging a bit.

The jars themselves were totally fine and arrived in good shape, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual product. It’s just that the shipping cost felt a bit high to me, especially compared to what I was ordering. I get that shipping isn’t always cheap and it depends on weight, packaging, distance, and all of that, but it still made the overall total feel like more than I expected. I might order again because the jars worked for what I needed, but I’d be more likely to do it if the shipping rates were a little better

I was looking for a few different jar sizes and Jar Store had a lot more to choose from than I expected. They had small jars, bigger ones, different lid options, and everything was easy to look through.
I really liked not having to bounce around between a bunch of different sites to compare options. I found what I needed quickly, and the selection was solid. I’d definitely use them again.

Not gonna lie, my experience with Jar Store was average. I had a question about my shipment and reached out to customer service, and while they did get back to me, it took a couple of days longer than I was hoping.

Once they replied, the answer was actually helpful, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the response time had been quicker. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either

I mean, I ended up having to return two jars because I ordered the wrong size, and the whole thing was straightforward. The return instructions were easy to understand, and when I emailed them, they got back to me quickly.

The refund showed up on my card a few days after they received the package. No back-and-forth, no surprise fees, and no hassle. it was a simple process and I’d order from them again

I ordered a few jars from jarstore.com and they showed up way quicker than I was expecting. From the updates and how smoothly it all went, it kind of felt like they were really on top of getting the order out. I had assumed it would take a few extra days, but everything arrived fast, packed well, and in good shape. No delivery issues at all, which was a nice surprise

The jars themselves feel really solid and the glass seems good quality. I think I just caught a bad batch or had bad timing because one of the lids felt a little loose compared to the others. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning
